In 2017, I was stressed, overweight, bloated, moody, and was ready to accept that as my life. That was until I realized that I was setting myself up for endless doctor’s appointments, prescription drugs, disability, and setting a poor example for my son.
After losing 30 lbs., regaining my energy, reducing bouts of anxiety, and lowering my cholesterol and blood pressure I found my mission was to health other women break the cycle too.
I gathered all the tools that worked for me and began sharing that same simple four step formula. The four step formula of real food, intentional living, smart supplementation, and enjoyable exercise ignites a fire for health that leads to a reduction in stress, tiredness, and belly fat.
